Abortion, like many of America’s most divisive disputes, is clearly a dilemma: “A situation in which a difficult choice has to be made between two or more alternatives, especially equally undesirable ones.” Or “A situation where there is no clear easy choice or answer.“

For a historical perspective see this link; Roe vs. Wade brief discussion and decision: https://www.oyez.org/cases/1971/70-18 –

Roe leans heavily on the “Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment” which provides for “a fundamental right to privacy” that ostensibly protects a pregnant woman’s choice whether to have an abortion. However, this right has to be balanced against the government’s interests in protecting women’s health and protecting “the potentiality of human life.” Interestingly the liberal extremists do not believe in privacy concerning “vaccine status”, which is a shameful breach of HIPAA law too.

With respect to the Constitution, rights not explicitly delegated to the federal government are supposed to revert to our states individually (States’ Rights). “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

With that in mind, it makes sense to strike down Roe vs. Wade, and let each state decide on its own how to proceed. In some cases, new state laws will be more lenient than current federal law, and in other cases it will be stricter. There are many variations in how these laws can be codified, which tends to correspond to the majority will (voters) in each state.
Among issues to be legislated and decided at the state level are: the age of the fetus; whether incest or rape are at issue; issues concerning the health of the fetus and its viability.

On one extreme side people believe there should never be any abortions in any cases, and on the other extreme they believe in even “partial birth abortion.” The best choice is a matter of personal perspective and opinion in this dilemma, best left to each state to decide on its own, in this author’s opinion.

Some people believe in Roe vs. Wade (federal government control); assuming they have read and understand it, and related laws, and the Constitution. Irrespective of whether the federal government should be involved, it is still a double-edged sword, because if the other side takes power in Washington they could outlaw abortion entirely in the United States, claiming the Constitution expresses a right to human life, and that life begins once a heartbeat in a fetus can be detected.

The extremists (currently, shamefully protesting in front of Supreme Court justice’s homes) who claim abortion will not be available at all are incorrect. One could always go to another state if their state restricts it. Or move to state’s that lean more towards their political philosophies in the first place. One lady was complaining on TV that she was being forced to take a day off work; in such an extreme situation, that is hardly a burden, and should not be considered a material argument in this solemn matter. Another lady, in a video linked below, said people shouldn’t be forced to have babies they don’t want. This shows a disregard for human life, and is a false narrative, because she could practice abstinence, use birth control, have an abortion legally in her state, or go to one of the other dozens of states that provide safe abortion services. Nobody is being forced to have babies in the United States.

https://www.facebook.com/WashingtonExaminer/videos/492793902584176 Listen to the details how sick these people are, who are harassing one of the country’s top appointed judges.

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10794731/Im-killing-babies-Pro-choice-protester-screams-dangles-doll-outside-NYC-churches.html

Janet Yellen is massively incompetent in her job, including very disgracefully claiming that more abortions are good for the economy. Another woke extremist commie puppet of the administration, driving the nation in the ground. How horrific.

Required reading – Red Handed by Peter Schweizer, an incredibly smart and detailed book: https://www.amazon.com/Red-Handed-American-Elites-Helping-China/dp/0063061147

Communist Chinese have massively infiltrated our culture and economy and intend to usurp it.

There is no world where Xi, Putin, Kim, Taliban, ISIS, or the Iranian regime/Hezbollah (or Hamas) are acceptable political participants, or protectors of civil rights. Our only positive relations should be helping transition their countries and people to fair democracies. There is no reason to conduct business with them or speak to them; just to defend ourselves and help their people, for charitable purposes.

Billionaires, big companies and the most famous politicians are still selling out the US to China. Eventually they will control everything together and make us like Commie low lifes, unless people effectively fight back

https://thehill.com/policy/national-security/3461869-fbi-chief-says-espionage-threat-posed-by-china-unprecedented-in-history/

90 year old religious leader arrested for helping democracy take root https://www.catholicnewsagency.com/news/251201/report-former-hong-kong-bishop-cardinal-zen-arrested

US leaders have longstanding dangerous relationships with China, and therefore their military and other strategic interests, explicitly against the interests of the United States. Google and read about China’s relations with:

Mitch McConnell

Dianne Feinstein

Nancy Pelosi

Biden Family

Henry Kissinger

Patton Boggs

Larry Fink (BlackRock)

Steven Schwarzman (Blackstone)

Ray Dalio

Goldman Sachs

Henry “Hank” Paulson

Bill Gates

Mark Zuckerberg

Google

Jack Dorsey

Akin Gump, Jones Day, Hogan & Hartson, Perkins Coie

WPP affiliated firms —Wexler & Walker Public Policy Associates, Hill & Knowlton, Inc., Burson-Marsteller, BKSH & Associates

Garvey Schubert Barer

Public Policy Impact Strategies

“Gates was hailed as “the Chinese people’s old friend” by the ruling Chinese Communist Party in 2018, a title that the Party occasionally uses for foreigners it recognizes as having a deep friendship with.”

The above is further proof of a one party system in the US; each are equally on the take liars. For example, there is hardly a difference in practices, votes, and rackets between Democrat leader Pelosi and Republican leader McConnell.

As Lenin said: “The capitalists will sell us the rope with which we will hang them.”

We know China spread the world’s worst virus to us, and like always they lie and bully and bribe, to create a false narrative, with everything, including the origin and spread of this virus. In this case they spent a huge amount of energy and PR placing the origin as poor people at a market, eating bats and rats (when they weren’t blaming it on the US military and others); while completely shutting down any talk of it coming from their lab, or allowing any facts or truthful accounts to come from the lab or it’s scientists. Any Chinese people who tried to speak out with truthful accounts were jailed or disappeared, like in all cases of dissent in evil Communist China.

And we know China did a completely phony review with The World Health lying Organization (W.H.O.) which they secretly control. So, the only logical conclusion is that the virus did in fact originate in a Chinese Communist lab and not the ‘wet market’. Anyone who trusts or believes the Chinese Communist Party about anything is a fool. (Seemingly endless US politicians and billionaires take their money and lie with them about a broad variety of topics. Make sure you read Red Handed by Peter Schweizer.)

China is buying prominent US institutions and their people quickly; and so, the deal is the Americans on the dole can never say anything bad about China (“They’re good folks, folks.” -Biden, who took millions.) So, we become obedient Commies, ruining our own country, piece by piece. Given the disgraceful dangerous suppression of the important truth (that social media and fake news helps), it behooves us to speak out ten times stronger and louder with the real facts; and get your friends and media involved; save your kids and country before it’s too late.

It’s absurd and horrific all the corporations, people, and governments who turn their backs on the evil human rights abuses of China in order to make a profit. Get a grip. Take a back seat to the good loving people of Earth.

The US economy was incredibly vibrant before China brought on the virus, and then liberals encouraged arsoning and looting.

There is extensive factual evidence connecting Hunter and James Biden, and therefore Joe, to massive treason, by taking millions of dollars from Communist China and others; it is absolutely horrific, and just as bad to have the US media and social media always burying the truth, and promoting unrelated falsehoods. If you are not upset and fighting back, check yourself and your education. Protect your family and country.

“Rounding out his book, Schweizer concludes Red Handed by proffering several much-needed suggestions for lawmakers to consider. These include passing laws on the following:

Banning lobbying on behalf of Chinese military- and intelligence-linked companies;

Banning Chinese military- and intelligence-linked companies from appearing on the American stock exchanges; and

Banning joint research by American universities, investors, and corporations with Chinese military and intelligence projects.

Schweizer also provides some much-needed solutions for corporate America and the media to consider:

Journalists need to openly ask questions about links to China;

Media companies need to insist on truth and transparency when it comes to their experts;

Wall Street firms need to consistently apply Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards to Chinese companies (*cough* Larry Fink); and Use shareholder activism to hold corporate executives to account.”

China bans Spiderman movie because the producers are unwilling to delete the Statue of Liberty.

Coronavirus timeline by Mike Mann 4/16/20

Jan 3 2020 South China Morning Post “China pneumonia outbreak raises spectre of Sars as number infected jumps to 44”

Jan 4 South China Morning Post “An unknown strain of pneumonia has been making people ill in Wuhan, China. Many of the patients worked at a market that traded in live animals.“ Where is Dr. Fauci?

Jan 12 Alex Azar tells Trump it’s a coming emergency (This was the first chance to be serious, but was missed ultimately, by accident, trying to save the economy, rose colored glasses, not a doctor just plays one on tv, listened to WHO, who was wrong) (Azar was merely ignored but his contemporary in Communist China was jailed and died, similarly attempting to sound an alarm and buy us time.) Communism is definitely the cause of the entire crisis.

Jan 14 The World Health Organization (WHO) “cited Chinese health officials who claimed there had been no human transmissions of the novel coronavirus within the country”. Commies. Liars. Killing hundreds of thousands of additional people as a result.

Jan 21 Dr. Fauci said “not a major threat to people of the US” HUGE ERROR from top doctor and therefore Trump admin. (how could you believe that at all, especially from China, how come you can’t verify before it’s too late)…….

Jan 22 Davos. Was Trump worried? “No. Not at all. We have it totally under control… It’s one person coming in from China… It’s going to be fine.”

Jan 23 Fauci said “no chance shutting down US”

Jan 24 MSNBC “first mention of the novel virus on Morning Joe was in an interview with the show’s medical contributor who said Americans should be much more worried about the seasonal flu.”

Jan 27, “Joe Grogan, the head of the White House Domestic Policy Council, warned insiders it could cost Trump his re-election.”

“economic adviser Peter Navarro warned White House that COVID-19 could take more than half a million American lives and cause nearly $6 trillion in economic damage.”

At this point there is an argument that Trump and admin elevated estimated numbers, that others had also done, so they could claim a greater victory when the totals come out lower.

Jan 29 Ny Times “Beware the Pandemic Panic. So far, the Wuhan coronavirus is not much more frightening than the outbreaks of other recent coronaviruses”

Jan 30 “Azar warned Trump that the virus could become a pandemic and that China should be criticized for its lack of transparency, Trump dismissed Azar as alarmist and rejected the idea of criticizing China.”

Jan 31 Trump closed off flights to China. Great move. Ahead of the others and newscasters despite weeks of mistakes. But a day late and a dollar short. Too little, too late.

This is the moment where all warring sides had to collectively take severe measures, like now, but missed it. But the idiot parade started, taking their eye off the important stuff like usual.

Jan 31 Biden said that Trump had a “record of hysteria, xenophobia, and fear-mongering.”

CNN ran a story warning that “the US coronavirus travel ban could backfire” and have the effect of “stigmatizing countries and ethnicities.”

“The Chinese Communist Party’s official mouthpiece, the People’s Daily, called the ban “racist.”

“WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus warned it would increase “fear and stigma, with little public health benefit.”

Jan. 30, the World Health Organization declared the coronavirus a global health emergency.

Feb 1 Washington Post “Get a grippe, America. The flu is a much bigger threat than the coronavirus, for now,”

CNN “Relax! Coronavirus is less dangerous than the flu, says epidemic expert”

Feb 5 “Senators urged the administration in a briefing to take the virus more seriously and asked if additional funds were necessary. The administration made no requests at the time for emergency funding.” Rep. Chris Murphy “Just left the Administration briefing on Coronavirus. Bottom line: they aren’t taking this seriously enough. Local health systems need supplies, training, screening staff etc. And they need it now.”

Feb 7 Scarborough MSNBC “Dr. Vanessa Kerry of non-profit Seed Global Health, who warned that the U.S. was not prepared for a pandemic and that the country should worry about its trading supply-chain from China.”

Feb 8 “New York Health Commissioner Oxiris Barbot tweeted a message for people to go about their lives, and not change any plans due to misinformation spreading about coronavirus.”

Feb 14 “Health officials and NSC recommended the targeted use of quarantine and isolation measures. Officials planned to present Trump with the memo when he returned from India on Feb. 25, but the meeting was canceled.” Why?

Feb 17 Dr. Fauci “Miniscule risk”

Feb 21 “White House coronavirus task force conducted a mock exercise of the pandemic. The group concluded that the U.S. would need to implement aggressive social distancing, even if it caused mass disruption”

Feb 23 “Navarro doubled down on his warnings in another memo, this time addressed to the president, stating that up to 2 million Americans could die of the virus.”

Feb 24- “Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi toured San Francisco’s Chinatown Monday to send a message. She said there’s no reason tourists or locals should be staying… … “Come because precautions have been taken. … Factory to lunch at a dim sum restaurant, she hugged friends and waved to onlookers.”

Feb 25 CDC finally says a big deal is coming, may miss work and stay home, scary times ahead – but still took Trump took 3 weeks later to get in to it, despite his own departments claims.

Nancy Messonnier “we need to be preparing for significant disruption in our lives. ….fully anticipate seeing community spread of the virus within U.S. borders. It’s not so much a question of if this will happen anymore, she said, but rather more a question of exactly when this will happen and how many people in this country will have severe illness.”

“Trump reportedly called Azar fuming that Messonnier had scared people unnecessarily and caused the stock market to plummet”

Trump to public “I don’t think it’s inevitable”

Here is where things really fell apart because Trump’s government figured it out finally but he was still in denial with his inner circle and failed to take decisive actions. Even though the Democrats and press had no idea what was going on, it was Trump’s baby not theirs. Can’t take credit without taking blame.

Feb 26 Trump says “15 cases, soon down to 0” “rapidly developing a vaccine” “will essentially have a flu shot for this in a fairly quick manner.”– same day Pence appointed to lead an effort

Larry Kudlow “We have contained this” and “It’s pretty close to airtight.”

“The director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases said a vaccine at best won’t be ready for “a year to a year-and-a-half” and won’t be available for the current epidemic.”

“After being asked about the CDC’s recommendation for schools and other institutions to dust off their preparedness plans, Trump again suggested that the case total was in decline.”

Feb 27 “Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has said to expect more cases and has warned that it is highly unlikely that the virus will not spread to some degree within the U.S. The first case of community spread may have already occurred.” Anne Schuchat, the CDC’s principal deputy director “we do expect more cases, and this is a good time to prepare.”

Trump “Because of all we’ve done, the risk to the American people remains very low.”

Mike Bloomberg said “We don’t have the experts in place to deal with the coronavirus Trump “has left us very exposed.” “president doesn’t seem to believe in science””

Mulvaney said. “The media was too focused on impeachment at the time and did not report sufficiently on travel restrictions and other steps the administration had taken to mitigate the virus, which he stressed was not as bad as the flu or Ebola . He said, The reason you’re seeing so much attention to it today is that they think this is going to be the thing that brings down the president.“

Feb 28 Campaign rally in South Carolina, Trump said “this is their new hoax.” Them being the democrats. He never said the virus was a hoax, but the media and liberals wasted tons of energy pretending he did. His point was they were creating a hoax that Trump caused the virus to spread, whether true or not.

Feb 29 FDA lifted regulations on testing

Second coronavirus death reported in the United States and first case confirmed in New York

March 2 HHS secretary: “From day one this is what we predicted”

Mar 3 Jesse Waters on Fox News “the power of positive thinking” to beat coronavirus

“I’m not afraid of the coronavirus and no one else should be that afraid either.”

Mar 9 Another major mistake and split here, Trump trying to save the economy so Fauci tells one story on one show with Trump and a different story on the same day to another show when Trump’s not there.

Fauci says if you are healthy you can go on a cruise ship, but on the next show he said nobody should go on a cruise ship. (But they were still operating. Offering special deals. My friends were going not scared.)

Hannity on Fox said “it might be true that the deep state is using the pandemic to hurt the economy and push mandated medicines.” Oy veh.

March 16, I sold SocialDistance.com, as a “buy now” domain, by mistake

Mar 17 St Pat’s Day, My last appointment outside the house, cancelled all successive. So this is the first time the press convinced me enough. They should have convinced me prior. Everyone out partying still for holiday. Some in social distance mode. I just walk alone if I leave house.

Sanjay Gupta CNN “I still really get the impression people in many places aren’t taking this seriously”

Mar 24 Cuomo expresses frustration in US government while exaggerating the need for ventilators. More drama, poor focus.

Mar 25 Trump said his administration was helping Cuomo, and Cuomo “shouldn’t be talking about us, he’s supposed to be buying his own ventilators.” More fighting and bad info, politicization

Mar 26 LA Times “Trump brags about his China travel ban. Health experts say it’s had little effect “.

LA Times “experts” are wrong.

“Chris Beyer, a professor of epidemiology and international health at Johns Hopkins University, said Trump issued his travel ban too late.”

Dr. Fauci, said China ban “wasn’t enough to halt the tsunami of infections.”

Jeffrey Levi “To the degree that it bought us time, we did not take advantage of that time”

April 1 Joe Scarborough ‘Everybody Saw This Coming in Early January’ “The first mention on Morning Joe was Jan. 24th, when an expert said Americans should worry about the flu, not the Coronavirus”

April 4, desperation divergence paybacks and payoffs, not cash

“Trump tells Americans to take unproven malaria drug to prevent Covid-19” I can’t figure out who he is trying to payback or payoff here. Unlikely he is directly profiting. But don’t listen to him.

“President’s own public health advisers have warned against taking hydroxychloroquine”

Don Lemon CNN “Every single day Trump is berating people, lying. How much more — How many people have to die?”

April 12 Dr. Fauci said “more lives obviously could have been saved if the U.S. made earlier efforts to contain the virus.” “the federal government could have acted sooner to limit the spread of coronavirus.” “Lives could have been saved if social distancing, physical distancing, stay-at-home measures had started in the third week of February, instead of mid-March. There was a lot of pushback about shutting things down back then. No one is going to deny that more lives could have been saved if the Trump administration had implemented social distancing guidelines earlier on.”

Bingo, Trump lost a month being optimistic and trying to save the economy, nothing malicious. But that mistake allowed it to spread throughout the US much worse than it would have. He is no doctor but should have listened to doctors.

April 13 Beijing tightens grip over coronavirus research today……Evil communists that caused the entire thing and will keep doing so unless we stop them.

Major Dem liberal governors, who ostensibly don’t like Trump, admit he has done a great job on coronavirus

Trump retweets call to fire Fauci but then says he isn’t going to.

April 17th, I sold AntibodyTesting.com

In conclusion. There is plenty of blame to go around; the fog of politics, and idiots ill-prepared and worried about politics instead of science. However, the main issue is fundamental structural problems; namely allowing Communist dictator tyrants to exist; trusting them on time sensitive medical information without verifying. Allowing their cruel dangerous markets to exist.

Everything bad that has happened was all mistakes by all sides, except from Communist China which was purposeful– jailed doctors and reporters who wanted to warn us; lied, waited, had sickening markets; had historic starvation forcing people to eat rancid creatures; poor sick people; no regulations. Communism is the source of the problem for positive; ending it is the solution. Communism is evil; people do dangerous viral things; the governments jail reporters and scientists, and lie to the world. The world is too interconnected to allow this evil, since it puts everyone else at serious imminent risk, and ruined our economy already. Do we want to keep relearning the same lesson?

WHO is stupid and evil and in China’s back pocket, our resources were poorly used there.

Congress was wasting time on impeachment and endless BS, instead of very real viral issues.

US is stupid and believed China. Fauci, and therefore Trump, believed there was no human to human spread .

Wasting time calling Trump racist, looking for ways to tear him down, Ukraine, etc, fake news, lost their eye on the ball.

Biden hysterical and hypocritical, would have been much worse if he were president, of course Trump was hesitant and still is, since it’s confusing and he is just one person.

Obsessed with tearing down Trump wastes time, energy and money and misses all the critical things on this issue and in the world, harming America.

Always trapped in BS minutiae trying to trap Trump but missing the truth; and their candidate will always be worse, Biden, etc. would have left open flights from China…

Most of the press and congress who we depend on is obsessed with a protrump or antitrump narrative agenda; they miss the truth on this and whatever else important is happening in the world.

Ron DeSantis is one of the best politicians of our current era, which isn’t really saying much given the terrible corrupt leadership we have seen the last 6 years. As far as we can tell he is in no way corrupt, and predominantly takes responsible assertive actions to help Floridians and Americans. He is tainted by some relatively extreme rhetoric reminiscent of Trump; but he can possibly be forgiven because he is trying to build a big base, imitating Trump’s strategy, and possibly running for president; possibly against Trump, who is threated by DeSantis, for good reason. DeSantis is much younger, smarter, and has dramatically more credibility; virtually untainted despite the best efforts of left wing Democrats.

I (Mann) was personally offended when he tried, like other politicians, to pretend he knew something about medicine; then promoted (and financed) various phony treatments for Covid. Maybe he was confused. Maybe it was considered just politics; but totally lame in any event; not nearly as bad as doctor turned political lying extremist Fauci; because people thought Fauci was a serious doctor for the whole nation, whereas everyone knew DeSantis is just a politician and was new to medical advice dramas.

Check out DeSantis working with Musk on free speech! Laudable.

Disney Corporation has a totally different moral code than the majority of Florida, where they have been given special tax and other treatment for decades. Of course, this should end ASAP, and people should boycott them.

The “don’t say gay” bill (now law)is an absurd misnomer, invented by left wing extremists. The actual bill is so woke teachers don’t teach little kids about things they are incapable of understanding and dealing with. It is actually called “Parental Rights in Education” which obviously make sense to any sane people. New York new mayor Eric Adams is a woke extremist, despite being good with crime control. He is promoting the idea and going against Florida, wasting tax money on billboards, employees, etc. We see a lot of New Yorkers moving to Florida, and hardly anybody from Florida moving to New York. Short.

Young Americans Against Socialism

NEWS: Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has signed a new law requiring students to learn the “evils of communism.” The new law will require Florida public schools to teach the horrors of communism, as well as beef up the state’s civics courses.

“The sad reality is that only two in five Americans can correctly name the three branches of government, and more than a third of Americans cannot name any of the rights guaranteed by the First Amendment,” DeSantis said. “It is abundantly clear that we need to do a much better job of educating our students in civics to prepare them for the rest of their lives.”

“The bill also expands our previous efforts in civics to add a requirement for the high school government class that students receive instruction on the evils of communism and totalitarian etiologies,” DeSantis said. “We have a number of people in Florida, particularly southern Florida, who’ve escaped totalitarian regimes, who’ve escaped communist dictatorships to be able to come to America.”

“We want all students to understand the difference, why would somebody flee across shark infested waters say, leaving from Cuba to come to southern Florida?” DeSantis continued. “Why would somebody leave a place like Vietnam? Why would people leave these countries and risk their life to be able to come here? It’s important that students understand that. Now as part of this bill, Florida will create a ‘Portraits in Patriotism’ library so students can learn about real patriots who came to this country after seeing the horrors of these communist regimes.”

It’s sad and insane how much energy and lies and money ‘people’ are willing to expend to prevent Elon Musk from expanding free speech, democracy, and open commercial capitalism. It is a terrible state of affairs which every free American should oppose immediately and permanently. “People” who don’t believe in free speech, and therefore don’t want Musk to succeed, are pure E V I L

Musk is not trying to take over Twitter as a for profit business deal; it is specifically to change the world! If it fails for any reason, which is unlikely, he will either buy another social network or start one from scratch. Long.

The best part of this potential deal is that Musk wants free speech on Twitter to be broadcasted world over, circumventing Chinese and Russian censorship, and reaching their entire populations, by leveraging his satellite network!!!!

-MM

In 2011, Twitter’s former CEO Dick Costolo asserted that Twitter belonged to “the free speech wing of the free speech party,”

Tweets being “mysteriously promoted and demoted” by Twitter’s sorting algorithm, which Musk says should be published publicly.

“It’s just really important that people have the reality and the perception that they’re able to speak freely within the bounds of the law,” -Musk

Ron DeSantis praises Elon Musk Twitter plan for advancing free speech, ‘regime’ opposition
<iframe loading="lazy" class="wp-embedded-content" sandbox="allow-scripts" security="restricted" title="“Ron DeSantis praises Elon Musk Twitter plan for advancing free speech, ‘regime’ opposition” — Florida Politics - Campaigns & Elections.
“Calling himself a “free speech absolutist,” he said he wants to make the social network what he regards as a friendlier place for free expression by “being cautious about” permanent bans and loosening its content restrictions. “A social media platform’s policies are good if the most extreme 10% on left and right are equally unhappy,” he tweeted Tuesday.”

“He also said he would make Twitter transparent about its inner workings, open-sourcing the algorithm it uses to sort and amplify tweets so it’s no longer a “black box.””

“I invested in Twitter as I believe in its potential to be the platform for free speech around the globe, and I believe free speech is a societal imperative for a functioning democracy.” -Musk

“Any changes to people’s tweets – if they’re emphasised or de-emphasised – that action should be made apparent, so anyone can see that that action has been taken so there’s no sort of behind-the-scenes manipulation, either algorithmically or manually.”

“Billionaire Elon Musk said he is “giving serious thought” to creating a new social media platform, without disclosing specifics. Mr. Musk, the world’s richest person, was critical of Twitter Inc. in several tweets in recent days. He polled his followers for their thoughts on whether the social network adheres

Gun control is yet another difficult and controversial subject, like many of the others we seek to address here at FearlessLeaders.com. There are no definitive correct answers to the gun violence that plagues us, given the second amendment protects Americans’ right to gun ownership. However, we can try our best to gain more context and clarity, and use it to promote more strictly enforced gun laws, a safer country.

The primary question is to what degree the right to bear arms is absolute. There is no doubt that the framers of The Constitution hadn’t predicted what horrors would befall us due to guns. Even in the 1700s people were not given absolute rights to own weapons. For example, they could not own canons, the most dangerous weapon of the day. And when machine guns were invented in the 1800s citizens were not allowed to own them.

Today there are a variety of laws related to gun ownership, which vary from state to state, and at the national level. So, the important takeaway here is that there is already a line; the right to bear arms is not absolute in all cases, and of course should not be. Therefore, the goal should be to keep moving that line to a point where Americans are much safer. Lobby your representatives to support more, new, tougher laws and enforcement, and yes, mental health resources. Plus, help make sure law enforcement is trained better to stop gun crimes before they happen, and respond faster when it does.

It is a huge mistake to allow the National Rifle Association (NRA) to enter this debate. They are blatantly an evil and corrupt lobbying organization, with way too much influence in Washington for decades. They practically own the warped minds of many Republican representatives, who are paid off one way or another for their loyalty. That loyalty to the farcical NRA narrative trickles down in to common society, helping create many absolutists and extremists. The NRA and other extremists should be discounted out 100% so conscientious people can take control of the situation; and save children from a society wrought with massive avoidable death.

Nasty video games, violent movies, music, and especially certain social media, along with Hollywood idiocy in general, help create a society where children (and adults) perpetuate a negative, potentially evil, outlook towards other people and the world overall; many become detached from reality. Violent music, violent rhetoric, plus angry, negative people and influences often persuade them to act out dangerously. To some degree it relates to peer pressure. One kid can prove to his social media group or school peers that he is in fact the most vicious, uncaring, and extreme, by using weapons against others.

The Republicans are not exclusively to blame for sure. Most of Hollywood and Silicon Valley are Democrats who profit extensively from the above paradigm. And Vice President Kamala Harris believes in bailing out arsonists and rioters for example; thinks it is all great. Woke delusion is just as dangerous as right-wing extremism in this and every other case.

Pay attention and make yourself part of the solution, working against the problem. It is complex and requires a lot of studying and efforts, but there is no other rational choice.

Trump is on to something regarding illegal immigration, and hit a nerve with the American people, but unfortunately the way he frames that, and just about everything, is from his racist lens.

One of the world’s most powerful wealthy white men continuously calls among the world’s poorest and most disenfranchised people (Mexican immigrants) “rapists”. He and his many powerful minions in government and media constantly repeat that false talking point, with their other BS.

I wonder if the millions of innocent, harmless, hard-working family people appreciate that designation?

Trump also completely made up the story about immigrant women being sexually assaulted, while travelling to the US for jobs, to scare us. When those ladies are interviewed you will find it is actually an extremely rare occurrence.

As a racist and rebel rouser, Trump can only see and blame Mexicans and other foreigners for the immigration crisis, instead of looking in the mirror at himself, and the federal government, who are not properly dealing with the issue. Demonizing Mexicans or any specific race is evil.

Illegal immigration is the fault of Americans, not Mexicans or Central Americans, since all the illegals we employ is done illegally by definition; and there are no consequences for Americans when they do so. Making poor immigrants in to scapegoats is wrong and stupid.

Plus, “The Wall” is blatantly a political scam. It would be impossible to build a ubiquitous secure 2000-mile wall, completely unaffordable, and not politically feasible. Moreover, it wouldn’t even work. It would be impossible to prevent endless breaches, negating the entire idea and project.

The wall is stupid; there has never been any math or specifications or realistic explanations, just a political tool.

Plus, most drugs come by air, boats and tunnels, not poor people walking across the border for jobs.

A wall is not necessary or cost effective. Arresting or fining American employers gets rid of 95% of the issue immediately; then the remaining 5% of potential troublemakers are easily highlighted, and arrested when necessary.

The wall is a campaign scam, “Mexico pays”. In reality there is and could be additional pieces of walls, and many other potentially helpful devices spread over thousands of miles. But one ubiquitous effective wall is an absurd concept, with a completely impossible cost; only gullible people could believe it.

Even Trump has occasionally changed the expression from “wall” to “border security”; and he surprisingly started calling illegal aliens “illegal immigrants” at times too.

We probably need some more walls and other security to deter some drugs and terrorists, but not for migrant workers who can easily be disincentivized from coming by other means. The United States encourages illegal immigration by allowing its citizens to offer jobs to poor illegal immigrants, and not punishing those employers violating US laws.

Demand for illegal labor and illegal drugs comes from our rich country whose citizens usually go unpunished; yet poor immigrants are demonized and demagogued, even though extremely few are actually dangerous; no more than average US citizens.

It’s only the US middle class that is harmed from this illegal activity because almost nothing affects rich people; and there are plenty of low skilled jobs still available for lower income individuals. Middle class paying extra taxes and expenses to support illegal activities that compete with their own jobs is where the evil lies. Trump should shut his trap until he learns better.

This can only happen in an anarchistic society, where illegal immigration appears legal, and anything goes. Nothing can be legal and illegal at the same time.

Just like illegal immigration, marijuana is still merely illegal too in all 50 states, unless and until federal laws are changed. Pot is tolerated by the federal government but that does not make it legal anywhere in the US, making pot related stocks on Wall Street particularly risky I’d assume.

Federal laws supersede all state or local laws if they happen to conflict, according to the critical US Constitution.

The foolish activity of “sanctuary cities” is of course illegal too.

Illegal immigration is the fault of US politicians not fining and arresting American employers breaking US laws, not the poor immigrants; but immigrants are still breaking the law, and shouldn’t have been let in in the first place.

Some minority of immigrants are real criminals in other respects, and should of course be arrested for those crimes accordingly, just like Americans.

Unfortunately, the Biden administration and its “Border Czar”, Kamala, is grossly incompetent here, and in all respects. They have merely exacerbated the difficult, costly situation. Biden and Harris have nothing relevant or valuable to say at all about immigration, sadly. The US manager of homeland security, Mayorkas, is also just a grossly incompetent, lying political operative. It’s clear that he causes more harm than good.

The overriding issue is that the border crisis with Mexico is due to selfish, spoiled Americans and their out of touch politicians; and nobody should blame average impoverished immigrants who need jobs.

The entire crisis is racist, and could be solved instantly if the administration would announce they are going to start prosecuting US employers who employ undocumented workers. Then every potential immigrant can get in back of the line with existing law-abiding immigrants; or at least seek immediate asylum legally; and not be let in unless and until it is granted.

The designation of “Mexican” was removed from the US Census due to pressure from powerful lobbying groups in DC, with certain politicians in their back pocket. But, the purpose of the US Census is to ensure every tax paying, voting, US citizen is properly counted, to help provide for their voting rights, redistricting, and proper apportionment of their taxes and subsidies.

The idea that we should not figure out who is a citizen and where they are from in this effort ruins the point entirely, and is therefore idiotic and wasteful. The question on (Mexican) ethnicity was only removed from the census one other time in history, during the last foolish extreme liberal administration.

Illegal aliens are illegal by definition, and their employers are breaking the law, and should be fined or arrested to stop the activity.

6/14/2022

We can all easily see that the economy is on a failing path recently; and we can predict the next phase.

The past performance and the future predictions are based on the fundamentals of basic macroeconomics, as we shall describe in this document.

The real covid disease caused an unrealistic overkill response, which was certain to help destroy the economy. Telling people that they should stay home and therefore not spend money in the economy; plus, not learn, train or innovate, because they are told not to go to school, causes another huge economic hit; which is made probably ten times worse by the government pumping trillions of dollars in to the economy ‘printing money’.

Most of this spending was unfair and unnecessary. Much of it was wasted on useless programs and pork projects for unions and other special interests associated with the party in power. All of it was put through a very wasteful, inefficient, ineffective bureaucratic filter. This lowered the value of money and therefore made everything much more expensive. Everyone had to raise prices in order to attempt to make profits, since all their own costs were going up, and their employees were performing at lower levels, with less hard working in person hours. Plus, liberal policies overregulated companies and mandated or pressured and financially burdened them with all sorts of absurd expensive rules, in the woke age.

A weak federal government, local governments, an expanding crime wave, and causal policies lessens consumer and business sentiment regarding the economy; in many respects this becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy and the economy begins to fail even worse. People begin to invest less and purchase less, to retain past profits and protect themselves from potential downfalls. So, the public helps perpetuate a dropping economy, even though it is started due to bad government employees, advisors and policies, with extensive pork and graft.

The projection of weakness in a multitude of American venues is perceived by foreign enemies who then seek to expand, knowing there won’t be consequences. In this example Putin correctly felt that there would be no serious military response to his invasion of Ukraine; Biden even said it out loud. Aside from the horrific genocide in the ongoing Russian invasion, this disruption predictably harmed the whole US economy. The perceived and real reduction in oil and gas coming out of Russia predictably raised energy prices world over (ironically the oil and gas companies are not being harmed at all; they’re taking advantage of the situation and making extra profits, which should be punished if possible. Plus the price of energy Putin sells has doubled for him.)

Inflation extends across all major product lines due to the extreme unnecessary government spending mentioned. Massive inflation caused the US Federal Reserve to raise interest rates. Instability and rising rates encourage fewer borrowers, who are then taken out of the economy to some degree; essentially preventing the trickle-down economic growth which would be helping grow a normal healthy economy. (Creates jobs, creates a tax base, creates valuable innovation which trickles around and fuels growth everywhere in a normal healthy economy, based on fundamental popular economic theory and reality.)

The government eventually realizes there is massive inflation once it’s too late to stop it, and despite denying the reality that they caused it. So next up is raising interest rates to slow down consumer spending, still without taking any accountability for government spending, and still idiotically recommending extensive additional government spending; always claiming in some miracle manner that “it’s paid for” and that money is free. What a horrible joke that is. But I digress.

Higher interest rates, high inflation, massive instability and extensive uncertainty harm corporations, and make investors rightfully fear there is more harm on the horizon, so they start selling off stocks on Wall Street; the market crashes and becomes a “bear market”, trillions of investor dollars are lost in a short period.

Now we are at today; and what is next? Next the companies will start laying off thousands of people, causing a greater burden on the government and driving us in to a recession. People won’t be able to afford the rising prices of basic goods; homelessness and poverty will increase.

This entire economic paradigm will begin to crash the housing market and broader real estate marketspace, mostly due to higher interest rates and more difficulty qualifying for loans. Plus, probably a lot of banks failing due to loan failures of their customers, and ever more fraud of their employees.

Of course, crypto has also crashed hard and will continue to do so; it was never a real asset in the first place; people will be unable to justify ‘investing’ more in it, and will just be heading for the exits until it is mostly worthless, where it belongs. Plus, very extensive criminal activity in that space will start taking a huge toll on the valuations; and people deservedly being fined and going to jail.

Higher taxes, and bigger government debt, in the form of trillions of dollars of bonds issued (money printing) the American people are on the hook to redeem, will further erode the economy on top of the other items mentioned.

So, what is the solution? Once we hit bottom, likely in 2023/2024, common sense economics, math, and policies need to take root. Firstly, by electing people that use math and who hire others that use math and leverage basic common-sense economics (not happening at all at present). The new political teams can stop the crazy spending; and use policies that encourage hard work, innovation, education and job training.

Eventually, all the hard work and innovation will create more employees, companies and more profits; which will improve the tax base again; and government will hopefully use that money to give us a chance to start rectifying all the horrors the current administration has caused, as mentioned above.

This is certain to take a couple years if we are lucky, and could be longer if voters and politicians keep making bad decisions. Don’t shoot the messenger; do heed the message.

Trump only lost by a few percent, so any one improvement could have won him the election. Every action had a reaction and a competitive narrative; we are guesstimating whether he gained or lost in balance on each one. Death by a thousand cuts.

Coronavirus, never went away, mixed messaging, attacking Fauci whether correct or not; shifting on Fauci, was nothing but a problem for Trump. Trump said how great he was, and then how terrible he was, on and on. If you liked Fauci and wanted him to succeed that may have hurt Trump. If you didn’t like Fauci you could be upset at Trump that he was in charge, or didn’t get fired. Exact same with Dr. Birks.

One could assume Trump was lost or confused on coronavirus, which the Dems seized on as their key narrative in daily talking points they have properly synchronized, to repeat across the media constantly, very deeply, with social media extremes simultaneously.

Biden just buried Trump on it, and was never held to account for the fact he wanted to leave the border open when Trump closed it, (because Biden and his family took millions from China in illegal deals); implied Trump was being racist.

Many of Trump’s cohorts going to jail eventually adds up to a corrupt regime; fish rots from the head. If you tie that to his history of bankruptcies and scamming charities, leaves one with an impression he isn’t making things great again.

Less military support than he thought. They don’t blog, so you don’t know what they think. Their families and friends go with them. They liked McCain and their Hispanic bunker buddies. Or they might have feared Trump’s extreme rhetoric puts them at physical risk in war.

US demographics have been shifting rapidly; swing states have more Hispanic immigrants who he’s continuously verbally abusing to build his base; but his base was not at risk; needed to be expanded to swing voters in swing states; those people all have Hispanic friends or family or coworkers (who, incidentally, are not rapists like Trump said.)

Teachers are almost all liberals; the more years they push out their leftist propaganda the more it seeps in to youthful society, who end up voting liberal, more than warranted or expected.

Social media outlets shut down pro Trump rhetoric and expanded liberal rhetoric on purpose, which should be illegal.

The main media is the same as teachers and social media, almost all liberals pushing out primarily false narratives; the people delivering the news have no concern for the actual truth on average.

Some people who voted for Trump in 2006 merely hated Hillary, more than they hated Biden in 2000, giving Trump a chance to be nice and retain a larger electorate on his side, but he failed in that department.

The pro-Trump media and political hacks timed the Hunter Biden laptop/crime story perfectly it seemed, but underestimated the ability of the liberal press and crooked social media to crush and hide such an enormous situation; or bury it with tons of other confusing press and propaganda. Too much noise in the system to highlight any one item, even though this deserved a huge spotlight. Most people aren’t watching Fox News, unless they were already Trump supporters, so to the extent they were the only holder of the truth in this case not enough voters knew about it.

So, timing is everything; they should have blasted the world earlier and more with the facts of corrupt Joe Biden and his corrupt family. The horrible crimes of Biden make Trump’s crimes look like less of a big deal.

Biden is a shill and blank slate. We would assume that would be good for Trump, but his handlers and the popular media burned the clock and just Biden cute speeches he was mostly able to recite verbatim. They buried his many extreme gaffs, except for Fox, who se viewers already didn’t care for Biden, so it apparently had no material effect.

Incessant lying; again, people waiting for change and never seeing it. Trump still implies there is a great wall to keep out Mexican rapists and rug dealers (drugs mostly come by boats, tunnels, and airplanes. The overwhelming majority of illegal immigrants are hard workers who don’t break other laws, and are certainly not rapists). Trump keeps saying the election is rigged and hiring people to repeat it, but with no evidence.

The ‘good’ news is Biden is just a scammer from corrupt Delaware. So to the extent he is conscious, he isn’t actually a communist, and doesn’t actually like antifa or rioting, or green new deal, or throwing away money. He is just a lazy, corrupt, racist, rich, old, white boy, like many of Delaware’s elite, who likes money and fame, and goes with the flow to achieve it. He is lucky he isn’t in jail, and doesn’t lose security clearance.

From Nathan Click:

“Trump publicly asked Russian tyrant, Vladimir Putin, to undermine our current president by providing “dirt” to help him with his 2024 campaign.

Trump told thousands of MAGA minions that he will pardon January 6th insurrectionists if he is re-elected president.

Trump said that then-Vice President Mike Pence should have “overturned the election.”

The New York Times broke a story that Trump wanted Rudy Guiliani to ask the military to seize voting machines after Election Day showed Trump losing to Joe Biden by 7 million votes.

The Washington Post broke a story that Trump’s allies wanted to seize spy data from the National Security Administration in a desperate attempt to prove foreign interference in a stolen election.”

—————

Biden 2006: “I do not view abortion as a choice and a right, I think it’s always a tragedy. I think it should be rare and safe. I think we should be focusing on how to limit the number of abortions.”

2019

Yeah right…..

“@JoeBiden

Here’s my promise to you: If I’m elected president, I will always choose to unite rather than divide.

I’ll take responsibility instead of blaming others.

I’ll never forget that the job isn’t about me — it’s about you.”

Amazon is a (probably illegal) monopoly that created and compounded its extra leveraged position against competitors due to deceptive listings, fake goods, and crappy Chinese goods sold to consumers, on top of its normal operation. However, that does not make unions good overall. For one thing in a competitive free capitalist market those people could get better jobs if they are so great. (i.e., Socialism is bad; if Amazon did something wrong sue them or let the government regulators do so) Also, a large number of the most popular unions have a long history of gross corruption (which is why the current admin works for them); and specifically, Staten Island where the AMZ workers have created their first union is a well-known mafia stronghold.

If you pay attention you can clearly see that Biden is in the back pocket of big labor (unions). All his extreme spending and speeches, and everything about covid was to serve those masters; which is now why inflation is so extreme and the rest of the economy is in shambles and getting worse. The unions with DC representation have a very extensive history of corruption, which is why Biden and his crew (including Hillary Clinton) have always been so close to them. You lose when they win.
